Craft stores are wonderful places to find miniature props… including really tiny ones! Here’s what Mom and I found, in addition to the other miniatures. (If Mimi had joined us that day, she would have asked to bring all of them home.)
A tiny telephone:
Tiny goldfish bowl and table fan:
Tiny school supplies:
Tiny sewing machine:
Copy of “The Miniature Times”:
Tiny beverages:
Tiny garden and cooking props:
And miniature art and craft supplies:
(Apologies for the image quality, by the way… it was a bit difficult to photograph the miniatures in their reflective packaging.)
Episode 3 (aka our third photo-filled Craftventure) will be posted soon, so stay tuned for that! As always, thanks to Mom for coming with me on these outings. Craftventuring wouldn’t be the same without you. 💕
I hope you all had a lovely, calm and blessed Good Friday, and have a wonderful Easter! 🙂

Oh my goodness, I am in love with the “miniature times”. It seems like it’d be too small for Mimi, but i just adore it! I want one now, even though i have no feasible way to use it. xD
Aren’t they adorable?! Most of the miniatures, as you say, are quite small (Mimi would take pride in the fact that she’d be a giant in contrast to the sewing machine!). I think the most “accurate” in size were the goldfish bowl and fan; though others, such as the newspaper and beverages, were actually too “big”! That being said, I’m sure you’d find a more than feasible way to use them… book writing inspiration, perhaps? 😉
hmm, i could also see using the newspaper for a multi-media something or other. A sort of word one. If nothing else, these miniatures are very creatively inspiring!
