Hello again, Fellow Crocheters and Crafters!
Today I’d like to share some photos of one of the newest members of the family: Fionnuala, previously known as Malory from the Lori doll line. Wren and Caoimhe have been given the spotlight for a few of these Blog posts. So I thought it was time Fionnuala joined as well. 🙂
(This month the weather has decided to see if a new record can be broken for Most Dreary And Overcast Days, so the lighting isn’t the greatest for these photos. Apologies in advance. 😛 )
Fionnuala is 6″ tall, with adorable gray inset eyes and rooted hair, comprised of what appears to be multiple shades of blonde. Her hair is also beautifully styled–though only part of it is visible in some of the photos below. Also, here is the link to her box opening post, for photos of her hairstyle and so on. Right now she is wearing Wren’s original outfit. She initially came in ballet attire, but the outfit itself made for harder posing, so she begged to wear this one when photographed. 🙂
Someday soon, if Fionnuala and the other girls are up for it, I’ll try to have a full-on review of these dolls, and maybe even a comparison. There are already quite a few noticeable differences between 6″ dolls from Our Generation and from Lori–though for the most part they share the same molds, and can thus share similar outfits.

Some of you may be wondering, “So when is this Blog going back to crochet? Why all the dolls?” Well, for the time being it’s because I’ve been working on a bunch of newly crocheted items, and getting them ready to add to the store (aka the Products For Sale page). More new items are coming soon, but this is also in the middle of travels, so I may need some extra time to adjust to the pace of everything going on.
Right now, the dolls are featured here for a few reasons, primarily because they are the models for some of the handmade outfits and accessories, and they’re also very fun to photograph, bringing tons of cheer to the Blog. All that being said, there will be a lot more crochet-related posts, very soon!
Tomorrow there will be an extra special photo shoot of the mini dolls, so stay tuned for that!~
